Vipco has been fabricating and erecting main steel structures for buildings and car parks eversince 1983 and has grown with multiple orders of 1,500 - 2,000 ton-preheater tower structures for major cement plants during the years between 1986 - 1996.

         Fit up and welding build up beam with sizes of 2,000 x 1,500 x 25000 mm. for major steel members like vertical HRSG's hot beam, boiler buck stay, and fly over bridge's main girders, including PWHT, are one of the most satisfied works executed by our project team.

         With two structural steel fabrication lines fully equipped with band saws, NC drilling, and bevelling machines, VIPCO can easily fabricate structural steel members of more than 800 - 1000 tons per month.

         Engineering services like standard connection design, detailing, and shop drawings are provided by our esteemed engineering department. Using Stru-Card or X-Steel softwares to assure that intime shop drawing for huge projects can be executed by local specialized subcontractors.
