Engineering and project management

Detailing and shop drawing works are mostly done in the main factory's (VIPCO 2) office by AutoCad 2000 and Tekla operators. Detail specification and customer's requirements are reviewed and assured that they conform within the time frame by supervisors and up to abled 30 engineers working as project teams.

Human Resources

With the concept of long term employment, VIPCO have very low turn over rate among their permanent staff. Our organization is filled with experienced foremen and and leaders promoted directly from the shop floor. To respond to peak demands in 1994 - 1995, VIPCO showed that it could manage up to 1,000 temporary workers in their payrolll to satisfy high production rates.
